• Media and Files: Images you upload through WhatsApp or the website, including photos of your NIDA card, TIN certificate, and Business License.
• Interaction Data: Chat logs and command inputs (e.g., "Ghairi", "Sina") used to navigate the bot.

• Verifying your identity using the NIDA database.
• Verifying your business credentials using government and API databases (e.g., BRELA, TRA).
• Processing and submitting your LIPA registration application to your selected Mobile Network Operator.
• Communicating with you regarding the status of your application.

• Mobile Network Operators (MNOs): Your details are submitted to the respective telecom companies to activate your LIPA service.
• Verification Partners: Your NIDA, TIN, and License numbers are checked against official databases.
• Service Providers: We use secure third-party databases (e.g., PocketBase) and hosting providers.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: Because you are using WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta's WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to complete your LIPA registration and comply with legal or regulatory obligations in Tanzania.

• Opting Out: You can stop interacting with the bot at any time by typing "Ghairi", "Cancel", "Sitisha", or "Stop".
• Data Deletion: Contact us to have your data removed.
